You will have to scroll down the page to the following items to access the download.  The top one is the Anti-Virus and the bottom is the Anti-Spyware.

Once you click the link with your mouse the following window will appear.

Click on the RUN button with your mouse and then follow the directions for the set-up process.  You should make sure that you update the software online before you run your first scan, and then do the same for all scans in the future.  To update the software, just look in the menu that runs across the top of the window.  There will be an option for UPDATES.  Good Luck!
